At Latitude Luxury Timepieces, we are committed to offering exceptional luxury timepieces and a high standard of client service. To support your purchase with confidence, we provide a limited warranty on eligible watches purchased directly from Latitude Luxury Timepieces.
Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty covers eligible defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and ordinary wearing conditions for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase.
Coverage is intended to address mechanical or functional issues that arise from defects in the watch itself during the warranty period, subject to the terms and exclusions set out below.
What Is Covered
Subject to inspection and approval, this warranty may cover qualifying defects related to the movement or internal mechanical function of the timepiece that occur under normal use during the applicable warranty period.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from any of the following:
Accidents, drops, impact, abuse, misuse, or excessive force; improper handling, storage, or maintenance; cosmetic wear from normal use, including scratches, scuffs, dents, bracelet stretch, fading, or finish wear; water damage resulting from use inconsistent with the manufacturer's water-resistance guidance; unauthorized opening, repair, modification, or service by any third party; damage caused by external conditions or neglect; and any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Unless otherwise required by law, consumable components such as batteries, straps, and similar wear items are not covered unless the issue is directly caused by a defect that is otherwise covered under this warranty.
Pre-Owned and Vintage Watches
Because certain pre-owned or vintage watches may have unique characteristics associated with age, prior ownership, or model-specific limitations, warranty coverage may be limited or modified for specific items where disclosed at the time of sale. Any such exceptions will be communicated in the product description, invoice, or related sale documentation.
How to Request Warranty Service
To begin a warranty claim, please contact our team with your order details, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos or videos if available. We may provide additional instructions, including return authorization details and shipping guidance, before the watch is sent for review.
Please do not ship a watch for warranty service until you have received claim instructions from our team.
Inspection and Claim Review
All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Latitude Luxury Timepieces or its designated service professionals. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole but reasonable discretion, whether the issue is covered under this warranty.
If inspection shows that the issue is not covered, we may offer a paid repair or service option, where available.
Our Responsibility
If a valid warranty claim is approved, Latitude Luxury Timepieces may, at its option, repair the watch, replace the watch with the same model if available, or provide a comparable replacement when appropriate. The remedy provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy for any approved warranty claim, unless otherwise required by law.
Shipping Responsibility
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the customer is responsible for safely packaging and shipping the watch to the location designated by Latitude Luxury Timepieces for warranty evaluation. If a claim is approved, we may, at our discretion, cover return shipping of the repaired or replacement watch.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase, such as the original invoice, receipt, or order confirmation issued by Latitude Luxury Timepieces, is required for any warranty claim.
Non-Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the watch from Latitude Luxury Timepieces. It does not extend to later owners, transferees, or gift recipients unless otherwise required by law.
No Other Warranties
Except as expressly stated in this policy, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, Latitude Luxury Timepieces disclaims any other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Latitude Luxury Timepieces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the watch, the inability to use the watch, or any warranty claim, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to This Warranty
Latitude Luxury Timepieces reserves the right to update, revise, or modify this Product Warranty at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
