Precision Sourcing
Access Beyond the Open Market
Most of what serious collectors actually want isn't sitting on a website.
It's in a private collection. It's moving through a dealer network. It's three calls away from someone who knows someone. That's the part most buyers can't access on their own.
Tell me what you're looking for. Reference, condition, budget, any details that matter. I'll take it into the network and find it. If it exists and it can be moved at a fair number, I'll put it in front of you.
No markups buried in the price. No mystery about where it came from. Just the watch, the provenance, and a straight transaction.
Frequently Asked Questions
What kinds of watches can you source?
We source a wide range of luxury watches, including current-production models, discontinued references, rare collector pieces, and highly sought-after sport and dress watches from the world’s leading brands.
Can you help me find a specific reference?
Yes. If you already know the exact reference number, we can search more efficiently and present options that closely match your requirements. If you do not know the reference, we can still help based on model, dial, metal, or other preferences.
Do you only source new watches?
No. We source both modern and pre-owned luxury watches, depending on your goals, budget, and the type of piece you want to acquire.
How long does the sourcing process take?
Timing depends on the watch. Some requests can be fulfilled quickly, while rarer or more specific pieces may take longer to locate. We keep you informed throughout the process and work as efficiently as possible.
How long does sourcing take?
From 72 hours (for in-stock pieces) to 6+ months (for extreme rarities). We provide weekly progress reports.
How much does it cost to source a watch?
For certain models, a small upfront fee may be required to request a watch. This fee will be deducted from the final payment.
Do you require a deposit to source a watch?
For certain requests—especially rare, high-value, or highly specific watches—we may require a deposit before moving forward. If needed, we will explain the terms clearly in advance.
Can you source discontinued or hard-to-find models?
Absolutely. Many of our sourcing requests involve discontinued, collectible, or difficult-to-obtain watches. Our network is built to help clients access pieces beyond standard retail availability.
How do you verify authenticity?
Every sourced watch is carefully vetted for authenticity, condition, and overall quality before it is presented or delivered. We prioritize trust, transparency, and peace of mind in every transaction.
Can you source watches for clients outside NJ?
Yes. Although we are based in NJ, we work with clients throughout the United States and can coordinate secure, insured delivery nationwide.
What information should I provide in my request?
Helpful details include the brand, model, reference number, preferred metal, dial color, condition, year range, budget, and whether box and papers are important to you.
Can you source a watch within my budget?
Yes. Budget is an important part of the sourcing process, and we work to find the strongest available option within the price range you provide.
Do box and papers matter when sourcing?
They can. Some clients prefer complete sets, while others prioritize the watch itself. We tailor the search based on what matters most to you.
Will I see options before committing?
Yes. Once we locate a suitable piece, we share the relevant details so you can review the opportunity before moving ahead.
Do you source only the brands shown on your website?
We focus on major luxury watch brands, but we can often assist with other high-end timepieces as well. If you have a specific request, we encourage you to reach out.
Can you help first-time buyers?
Absolutely. We regularly guide first-time buyers through the process, helping them understand options, value, condition, and what to look for in the right watch.
