Order Processing Times

All watches listed as available for immediate purchase are generally ready to ship the same business day after the order is placed, subject to payment verification, order review, and business hours. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Watches labeled as Price On Request or Special Order generally ship within two (2) to five (5) business days from the order date. These items are specially arranged through our supplier network to fulfill the order and may require additional processing time before shipment.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Before shipment, each watch is carefully removed from our showcase or secured inventory and verified against the website listing to confirm that the correct timepiece is being prepared for the order. Any box, papers, accessories, or related materials included with the watch are added to the shipment in accordance with the listing description.

The watch is then reviewed by our expert watchmaking team and undergoes a final series of tests using professional equipment. This process is designed to confirm cosmetic condition, timing performance, and, where applicable, water resistance.

Packaging Standards

All orders are securely packed for transit using packaging methods appropriate for high-value timepieces. We take care to package watches in a manner intended to protect both the watch and any accompanying accessories during handling and shipment.

Insurance and Signature Requirement
