At Latitude Luxury Timepieces, we want every purchase to be made with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, this Return & Refund Policy explains the terms, conditions, and process for requesting a return, exchange, or refund.

Return Eligibility

Eligible items must be requested for return within seven (7) days of the confirmed delivery date. To qualify, the watch must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all original packaging, accessories, documents, tags, bracelet links, warranty materials, manuals, boxes, and papers included, if originally supplied. Mandatory Unboxing Video

Due to the high-value nature of the items we sell, a complete and clear unboxing video is mandatory for any claim involving an incorrect item, missing contents, shipping damage, or similar delivery issue. The video should clearly show the sealed package before opening, the shipping label, the unpacking process, and the contents as received.

Latitude Luxury Timepieces may deny claims relating to incorrect, damaged, tampered, or missing items if a complete unboxing video is not provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by law or approved by us in writing, the following items are generally final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange: special orders, sourced watches, custom or personalized pieces, engraved items, price-on-request items, promotional or sale items, and any item marked as final sale.

Condition Requirements

Returned items must not show signs of wear, use, resizing damage, scratches, dents, case opening, bracelet adjustment damage, missing components, or any alteration after delivery. Any return that does not meet our condition standards may be rejected or may be subject to additional deductions where permitted.

Restocking Fee

A five percent (5%) restocking fee applies to all approved return and exchange requests. This fee helps cover handling, inspection, secure processing, payment processing overhead, and inventory reconciliation associated with high-value luxury timepieces. [web:61][web:64][web:69][web:70]

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact Latitude Luxury Timepieces within the applicable return window and provide your order number, reason for the request, and any supporting documentation we may request. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization reference.

No return should be shipped without prior authorization from our team.

Packing and Return Shipment

You must securely repack the watch in its original packaging with all included materials and follow the return instructions provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. We strongly recommend using a fully insured, trackable shipping method appropriate for high-value merchandise. Inspection Upon Return

All returned items are subject to inspection after arrival. We will review the watch and all accompanying materials to confirm authenticity, condition, completeness, and compliance with this policy before approving any refund, exchange, or store credit.

Refund Processing

If a return is approved, refunds are generally processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days after the returned item has been received and successfully inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing. Exchanges

Approved exchanges are subject to the same eligibility requirements, condition standards, and the 5% restocking fee described in this policy. If the replacement item has a different price, the balance must be paid or refunded accordingly, subject to approval.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your order arrives with an incorrect item, visible shipping damage, or missing contents, you must contact us promptly after delivery and provide the required unboxing video along with any additional photos or documentation we request. We will review the matter and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Authenticity Concerns

If you have any concern regarding the authenticity of a watch purchased from us, please contact us immediately. Latitude Luxury Timepieces stands behind the authenticity of the timepieces we sell and will review any legitimate concern in accordance with our internal authentication procedures.

Order Refusal or Delivery Failure

If a package is refused without authorization, returned due to failed delivery attempts, or returned because incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer, any refund or reshipment may be subject to deductions for shipping, insurance, handling, and the applicable 5% restocking fee.

Cancellation Requests

Orders cannot always be canceled once processing has begun. If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, fees may still apply depending on payment processing costs, special-order commitments, or other transaction-related expenses already incurred.

Right to Refuse Returns

Latitude Luxury Timepieces reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not comply with this policy, shows evidence of wear or tampering, lacks required documentation, or otherwise presents a risk of fraud, misuse, or abuse.
